The old government buildings can be an architectural asset that can show the appearance of the previous generation. However, the government office is changing with completely new appearance.
It is certainly a meaningful change to have more open gestures to citizens, breaking a strong symmetry and closed appearances. But only we can find is ‘New’ building. This project suggests a way to change the old building by leaving it intact.
